Second Life Male Style and Fashion

This is the first look at the male range of the new ZERO line of skins from Minnu Models Skins. As most of you know the creator behind male skins of MMS is Thora Charron an amazingly talented person which is behind the most elegant classy line of female clothing of the Cachet brand.

I hope this is a start of more skin reviews scattered between various blogs I am writing for. Skins are the highest important items when you have to choose your appearance and is also the basis and the start of a good looking person. The long expected ZERO line is a turnpoint in what MMS has done before.

Firstly it is idealizing the idea behind a skin inside this metaverse, but it is also keeping a very realistic look of the texture. It is the nicest blend of realism and ideal features I ever seen in SL. The color range is so varied and the skin tones are perfect. It also comes into a miriad of choices: 7 skin tones; pale, light, sunkissed, suntenned, tanned, dark and umber. The dark and umber tones are definately the choice for having an african-american look, and MMS done it perfectly in this range. Beside that the skins are coming with five body hair options and 10 make up option. That makes it wonderfull for picky persons, mainly because it is very easy to fine grain the choices. Ofcourse I am always using the eyeliner ones.

Secondly the women ones are also beutifull continuing the tradition of perfect looks and various make-up choices. Also in this review you will get a look to a Aitui product, which is marking a comeback of Jesse Aitui. He restarted using his tallent to make excellent products.

White is the ultimate summer neutral tone, and this season, it’s not only a great way to keep cool in the hot sunshine, but also the perfect way to come across as stylish and effortlessly classy. Sailor Chic explores three main areas. The first focuses on the beginnings of nautical inspired fashions in Britain and explores the use of naval styles to evoke a sense of national pride and solidarity with the Royal Navy. The nautical trend first began in 1846 when Queen Victoria had a sailor suit made for her son, the four year old Albert Edward to wear aboard the Royal Yacht.

In the latest Sailor Chic fashions the trend’s marks a transition from catwalk to high street. It displays the work of contemporary designers alongside garments which found their way into high street stores, providing a more accessible, affordable nautical look.

But, the outfit featured today is not about pure nautical fashion but more like a combo between sailor chic look and a shell fisherman. The outfit comes from AC Store. Nobody could say this outfit looks plain. The uniformity of the texture is broken by nice prints, a tribal spiral around the left foot and an amazing barbwire heart on the right leg.

So put up some shoreline sound and prepare to dig for that shells.

Summer casual is a simple post, without bells and whistles, simple yet stylish, putting a good light on a very good shirt.Well people you better stock up on bleach because this is going to be a white hot summer. Bright white shirts, white-hot mini dresses and cool denim, and mod, nautical and safari white are hot for spring/summer 2008. And yes this is a post against Technicolor patterns, paradise for people with color perception troubles.

As AIR Winx said tomorrow is going to be a new product available at Argrace. It is the t-shirt which I modeled last week into IDA Japanese Designers show. As every Argrace product this is one is even amazing in its simplicity and summer style. It’s sporting 3 sculpties and the style is new at least for me. I am not usually featuring simple t-shirts but this one is an excellent one just because of the shirt under this t-shirt. The rolled up sleeves and the collar is what makes this t-shirt amazingly styled.

The cap, also a new product from Argrace is full scupltie one, scripted, with a big Argrace logo and we know that logos are pretty fashionable items.

The jeans are the simple Dark blue jeans also available in Argrace.

I added the FNKY Kicks II in black. No more talking about this so I am going to let the pictures talking.

Yves Saint Laurent has gone away from us into eternity.

The one with the perfect touch on everything he made.

The one who understood that youth, sophistication and relevance has its own place in fashion.

The one who changed the fashion industry.

The one who made fashion a social statement.

He was the champion of beatnik black, pop-art prints, safari jackets and peasant skirts still fashionable decades later.

He said upon his retirement in 2002, “I have believed that fashion was not only supposed to make women beautiful, but to reassure them, to give them confidence, to allow them to come to terms with themselves.”

But with his death comes the close of an era — a time when a runway show could send shockwaves across continents.

Some says that military is always fashionable some says not. However nobody can deny the power of a uniform. What makes the military shirt different from the other, simple, just add pockets. And that simple means a lot more regarding to our case. A trimmer and higher waist, more structure at the shoulders, higher armholes, higher button stance. The idea is to lift the wearer, make the chest appear broader, accentuate the waist, add height. I like the white material texture but I wished Ocean Lane to be creative enough about the collar too. The jeans are perfect, with a high quality texture and guess what, they coming also with the boots.

The fashion world has gone mad for plaid in 2006 “the print of the season”! There were so many ways to wear it — from classic British tartans to more mod-inspired bold graphics. It’s a no-brainer no matter what your style is!  Make it modern with a swingy plaid skirt, a fitted jacket, a great cape or a sexy silk blouse — and wear it with everything you own. In this case I am wearing plaid with my cowboy boots and classic jeans.

Plaid is the ultimate mens fabric but is going wild in female fashion world too. Unless you are a Scottish you will appreciate plaid. I found it difficult to convince a scottish that plaid is fashionable in the rest of the world but eh. Plaid was the 2006. One year later it made it in accessories when a bunch of designers released plaid bag, wallets, caps, scarfs and so on.

It is getting back in fashion in 2008 fall and the most plaid creative designer is Ralph Lauren with many red and black plaid pieces matching with tight fitted pants.

So if you are a scottish or norwegian or sweedish and the nature is beginning just to spring up back to life for you get on your ATV and explore the surroundings.

What I am wearing today is the best example of high quality plaid shirt. It is coming from SEY. The jeans are Shai.

Well the summer is starting so we must go for fashionable summer looks. To start with I think that this summer is about white at least is how I wish it to be. So let’s see what are the best ways to accessorize a tank top.

The first tip one should be wearing two different tank tops at once with 2 different colors and one should have a slight different cut. Girls can wear a different colored bra. Of course jewelry could come out to play and also tattoos. The ultimate fashion advice is however wear a different hair style. So guys, not too much cleavage showing, the belly should just be visible, not patterned panties under transparent pants or skirts and a new hair will do it.

Ah almost forgot, NO STRETCH PANTS.

What I am wearing today is an example of tank top accessorized with tats and jewels. The tank top is pretty obvious transparent but at the right level. The pants are whites and also the snickers.
