Second Life Male Style and Fashion

As one of my friends would say:

“Him, coming in with the smell of the horse, the saddle and the sun, all sexy hot and dusty from his ride, ready to mount yet again, lol, so yeah, the dusty texan cowboy is the best…”

Well, that’s how my day started while I was looking for a new subject for my blog. So, wait a minute I think I got it, searching fast through my inventory for a Surf Couture jacket I remembered I bought weeks ago. The rest was kind of easy since I mostly start my outfits from a jacket or from a story out of many lying around my mind. That is my impression about the so called Marlboro Country men, but this time with a fashionable twist. The Surf Couture jacket, even if it is does not come in many options it is the most fitted for this look. It is entirely hand painted and the work done to it is pretty impressive. The shirt is embedded to the jacket layer it is no mod, so one would have to create a new shirt to add some sleeve baginess. The easy to recognize Armidi jeans coming into the regular blue color.

And how about the boots: the bad boys so called shit kickers. Those are the best cowboy boots around SL and are built using only regular prims without anything sculptie in it. They come in a lot of options, and guess what, the first time I put the boots on this morning, I got an updated version coming form the creator’s servers.

The new version adds a HUD to control every aspect of the boot. And indeed the boots features are amazingly varied: walk override, sounds, component parts, spurs types, foot prints, particle effects, sounds, sparkles and toe heel caps, HUD show or hide and HUD colors. The texture on the boots is photo sourced the black tone is well done, the shades and shine parts are easy on the eye, in one word realistic enough but not too realistic.

The neck bandana comes from Emery.
